Sustainability Appraisal of preferred core strategy options for Allerdale Borough Council - The SA report contributed to the evidence base for the Core Strategy. The preferred options went out to public consultation in September 2011.
Sustainability Appraisal of Kirdford Community’s Neighbourhood Plan, Sussex - Led the development of a bespoke SA approach for Kirdford’s first ever Neighbourhood Plan, which passed EIP with flying colours towards the end of 2013.
M42 Solihull Motorway Service Area for Extra MSA Group Working with Pegasus Planning, Carol developed a Sustainability Statement as part of the Outline Planning Application for this new strategic motorway facility.
Sustainability Statement produced for a private landowner
SS to accompany the ES and Outline Planning Application for a Strategic Location site to the northwest edge of Congleton comprising 13.8 hectares. The first phase of a private commercial development for a maximum of 150 residential units for which a new access road will be provided via a new priority junction off Giantswood Lane. The Statement used Cheshire East Local Plan’s sustainability objectives as the guiding criteria for examining the development proposal’s likely sustainability performance.
