Carol has advised corporates including Allied Glass, Colas Rail, British Airways and the Girls’ Day School Trust on various aspects of sustainable corporate governance to improve operational performance, resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Carol also advised Grange Hotels London on the development of their first Carbon Management Plan and assisted Chester University in revising their Carbon Management Plan.
Carol has provided environmental baseline reviews for the British Ecological Society, One Savings Bank and Simply Business.
Carol's development work includes Sustainability Appraisal for Allerdale DC, Exmoor National Park Authority, Peel Ports & Holdings, LDC, Sainsbury’s Stores Ltd, Network Rail and BREEAM Communities Assessments for Ashill Development Ltd, Elsick Development Company, First Wessex, the Highwood Group, Omnicane, Linden Homes, Bovis and Bloor Homes.
Carol has led: LCA carbon foot-printing projects for the former Yorkshire Forward Development Agency, Serco’s Local Govt Division, Oxford City Council, BT, Network Rail and Safestore; also applied strategic research projects; identifying and assessing ecosystem services for Defra and regional bodies.
More recently Carol has completed waste minimisation and resource efficiency reviews for: The Dalmahoy County Hotel, Northern Aerospace, Premier Modular.
