Chapleton of Elsick Sustainability and Infrastructure report (2010/11) This project involved developing a climate change ES chapter for a proposed new community near Aberdeen, plus the delivery of a sustainability workshop for the design team and development of a bespoke sustainability appraisal framework, based on the BREEAM Communities for Scotland tool. The first phase of construction is now underway.


BREEAM Communities master plan assessments for Ashill Developments, (2013 - present) Formal masterplan certificated Sustainability Assessments for 2 development sites to Interim stage in Eastleigh, Hampshire which are BRE Pilots for the new 2012 sustainability standard. The planning process towards Final Certification will begin in 2015.


Boorley Green, Eastleigh, Hampshire certification in process (2014 - present). A mixed use development with retail, health, education and housing spanning 83 hectares for Linden Homes. Interim certificate in place, the process for Final Certificate for Phase 1 has begun following a lengthy appeal process.


Pylands Lane, Eastleigh, Hants securing Certification (2014 – present). A 100% residential development over 21 hectares for Ashill Development Ltd. An Interim certificate is in place, Carol is now finalising evidence for submission to secure Final Certificate for Phase 1, after which the site will go to a development partner.
